1. Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 60 days of your original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, simply contact us within that period and we will refund your purchase — no complicated forms and no hassle.
2. What's Covered
The 60-day guarantee applies to the main product as well as any upsells or add-on products purchased as part of the same order.
3. How to Request a Refund
Your order is processed by our reseller, Digistore24, which also handles refunds. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
- Through the order confirmation email you received from Digistore24, which contains a link to manage your order, or
- By emailing us at suportedigitalmel25@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your order number or receipt (if available).
We and Digistore24 aim to review and process every request promptly, typically within a few business days.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. After the 60-Day Period
Refund requests made more than 60 days after the original purchase date fall outside our guarantee and may not be eligible. If you have a billing concern after this period, please still reach out — we'll do our best to help.
6. Recurring or Subscription Products
If any product you purchased includes a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. The 60-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already billed outside the guarantee window.
